Because we provide care and maintenance services (not product sales), refunds apply to booked service packages under the conditions below.
When a refund may apply
- If a confirmed visit is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled.
- If advance payment was taken and the service could not be delivered as agreed.

Rescheduling
Wherever possible, we prefer to reschedule your aquarium cleaning or fish-care visit within Bhubaneswar instead of cancelling.
